General Specifications

Cabinet:

The enclosure is made from marine-grade aluminum with strong corner pillars and a sturdy base frame, which is useful and ensures it remains stable. Many parts are powder-coated for extra protection against corrosion, and the fasteners are made from high-quality materials like stainless steel, Monel, nylon, and aluminum.

Blower Wheel:

This component features a double-inlet, multi-blade design that is forward-curved and centrifugal. that is Made from rich galvanized steel, it is statically balanced for smooth operation. The blower shaft is supported by plumber blocks with self-aligning, single-row ball bearings.

Water Reservoir:

The water reservoir is made from a single piece of rotationally molded polyethylene, which makes it thick-walled, corrosion-resistant, and excellent at dampening sound.

Fan Motors:

One of them is a three-fan motor. These three-phase motors are enclosed and fan-cooled (TEFC) with aluminum frames, meeting IP55 standards for protection. They are built to resist tropical conditions, and the motor overview may vary depending on the supplier.

Electrical Control:

The cooler has a pre-wired three-phase electric starter assembly featuring dual contactors for high and low-speed control. Overload protection is included for both speeds. The most important is to control enclosure is hose-proof to IP55 standards and consists of an isolation switch with it. The wall control switch allows you to manage the pump, fan, and speed settings with full electric control. This industrial air conditioner ensures strong and long lasting control for various cooling needs.

Water Connection:

The water supply connects via a 1/2″ BSP fitting, which attaches directly to a standard 1/2″ NB ball valve.

Cooling Pads:

The cooling pads, made from Chillcell™, that have 80% saturation efficiency considering a minimum operating saturation. These pads are housed in UV-stabilized polypropylene frames that are guaranteed to be corrosion-free for 25 years.

More relaxed Rating:

The coolers are factory set to operate at “free discharge” at the motor-rated current unless specified otherwise. Motor ratings, pulley dimensions, and belt sizes may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, with different sizes available upon request.
